A major reorganisation and renovation of a house in Mahina Bay, Eastbourne.  The existing house was split into several levels which made small and compromised spaces.  Adjusting the entry area allowed us to rationalise the house onto two main levels.  The design involved relocating and creating a new kitchen, laundry area and guest toilet and creating a new family bathroom.  The sketch design allowed for stage 2 which is a future master bedroom and ensuite
